PMO - Project Management Officer

As "Project Management Officer, you will join a PMO team of admin professionals involved in supporting the delivery of company’s technological solution and maintenance activities.
 
Expected and recommended skills and experience:
 
  • Be able to support the relationship with Finance Accounting and Controlling teams and with suppliers in the procure to pay processes;
  • Analyze financial data for the purpose of providing support to direction and portfolio management: support on monthly closings, actuals monitoring and budget at completion analysis;
  • Consolidate projects work plans to forecast resources capacity needs and planning impacts through workforce planning;
  • Ideally with +1 years working in similar position;
  • MS Office expertise, mainly Microsoft Excel;
  • Cost Accounting background;
 
  • Proactivity and results orientation;
  • Analytical mind-set and oriented to details;
  • Evidence collector, documentation mind-set and organization skills;
  • Good communication and presentation skills;
  • Experience of working alongside internal and external providers in an international context;
  • Ideally, Peoplesoft Finance and ANAPLAN user experience;
  • Ability to travel for short periods;
 
  • Degree in Economics/ Management or related, ideally;
  • Bilingual or close (Portuguese and English);
  • Legally able to work in Portugal / European Union;
