As"Project Management Officer, you will join a PMO team of admin professionals involved in supporting the delivery of company’s technological solution and maintenance activities.
Expected and recommended skills and experience:
Be able to support the relationship with Finance Accounting and Controlling teams and with suppliers in the procure to pay processes;
Analyze financial data for the purpose of providing support to direction and portfolio management: support on monthly closings, actuals monitoring and budget at completion analysis;
Consolidate projects work plans to forecast resources capacity needs and planning impacts through workforce planning;
Ideally with +1 years working in similar position;
MS Office expertise, mainly Microsoft Excel;
Cost Accounting background;
Proactivity and results orientation;
Analytical mind-set and oriented to details;
Evidence collector, documentation mind-set and organization skills;
Good communication and presentation skills;
Experience of working alongside internal and external providers in an international context;
Ideally, Peoplesoft Finance and ANAPLAN user experience;
Ability to travel for short periods;
Degree in Economics/ Management or related, ideally;
Bilingual or close (Portuguese and English);
Legally able to work in Portugal / European Union;
